The Company Name Origin
Demiurg owes its name to one of the most profound concepts of the ancient philosophical tradition. In the Timaeus, Plato presents the demiurge as a principle of creative intellect: one who does not create out of nothing, but brings pre-existing matter into order, measure, proportion, and purpose. In this image of a cosmic craftsman lies the idea that true skill is not in mere creation, but in the ability to shape harmony out of complexity and effective form out of possibility.
